Terms of use

Pelivuoro.fi is a technical reservation platform provided by Cave Labs Oy, business ID 3620693-2, Tampere, Finland.

When you make a reservation for a specific venue, the booked service is provided by the venue or customer company shown in the booking view. Pelivuoro does not itself provide the venue service, opening hours, premises, equipment, or on-site customer service.

The service may initially be used by a limited user group or through a shared reservation link. The reservations are still real reservations for the selected venue.

During the initial period, features, views, and availability may be changed, paused, or limited for technical or operational reasons.

When making a reservation, you must provide accurate contact details and only make reservations that you intend to use.

A reservation may be confirmed immediately or marked as pending venue confirmation if the service shows that status. A reservation confirmation and possible management link are sent to the email address you provide when email functionality is enabled.

The venue or customer company is responsible for prices and their accuracy. Pelivuoro shows a price or price estimate based on information entered into the service by the venue.

Pelivuoro does not collect payment when the reservation is made during the initial use. Any payment, receipt, refund, or other payment-related matter is handled with the venue unless the booking view or venue terms state otherwise.

You can cancel a reservation through the Pelivuoro management link before the reservation starts, if the management link is available.

If you want to change a reservation or cannot attend, contact the venue directly when needed. The venue's own rules may apply to late arrivals, unused reservations, age limits, and other venue-specific matters.

You must use the service appropriately, provide accurate information, keep the reservation management link available only to people who are allowed to manage the reservation, and follow the venue's rules.

The service must not be used for abuse, fake reservations, disrupting other reservations, or bypassing technical protections.

The venue or customer company is responsible for the service it provides, the accuracy of bookable times, prices, opening hours, use of premises and equipment, venue customer service, and any venue-specific rules.

Pelivuoro is responsible for providing and developing the technical reservation platform with reasonable care. During the initial use, the service is provided as available, and uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Pelivuoro is not responsible for the actual venue service, on-site customer service, pricing, or the venue's own decisions. This does not limit any mandatory rights that consumers have under law.

Pelivuoro may update these terms as the service develops. Changes generally apply to reservations made after the change.

Material changes will be communicated clearly in the service where practical. Existing reservations are usually governed by the terms that were in force when the reservation was made.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. The Finnish version is authoritative if there is a conflict between language versions.
