Pelivuoro.fi is a reservation platform operated by Cave Labs Oy, business ID 3620693-2, Tampere, Finland.

When you make a reservation for a specific venue, the venue or customer company shown in the booking view provides the booked service. That party is generally the controller for the personal data related to that reservation.

Cave Labs Oy / Pelivuoro provides the technical reservation platform and processes reservation customer data on behalf of the venue or customer company.

Cave Labs Oy may act as an independent controller when personal data is processed for Pelivuoro's own purposes, such as handling enquiries, technical support, security, service development, abuse investigation, or customer relationship management.

For the actual venue reservation made by a player, the controller is the venue or customer company shown in the booking view.

Pelivuoro may process the data needed to create, confirm, manage, and cancel reservations.

Data is processed to receive, confirm, show, manage, and cancel reservations, send reservation confirmations and management links, provide customer service and technical support, protect the service, and investigate errors or abuse.

The venue or customer company may use reservation data for its own operational needs, such as monitoring reservations and statistics. Pelivuoro may use aggregated and anonymized statistics to develop the service.

The venue's or customer company's legal basis may be, for example, preparing or performing a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation, or another applicable basis described in its own privacy information.

Cave Labs Oy processes reservation customer data as a processor on behalf of the customer company. For Cave Labs Oy's own purposes, the legal basis is usually contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation, or consent where consent is separately requested.

Reservation data is visible to the venue or customer company related to the reservation and to Pelivuoro administrators who need access to provide the service.

Pelivuoro may use subprocessors needed to provide the service, such as hosting, database, email, storage, and logging providers. The current technical implementation may include Google/Firebase services and the Resend email service when email is enabled.

Data is not sold. Data is disclosed to others only when needed to provide the service, perform an agreement, protect rights, or comply with law.

Reservation data is kept for as long as needed to manage the reservation, provide customer service, investigate abuse, support the customer company's operations, or comply with legal obligations.

During the initial limited use, more specific retention periods are defined in the agreement and data processing agreement with the customer company. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized when there is no longer a basis to keep it.

Pelivuoro may use necessary cookies or browser local storage for technical service functionality, such as language and color theme preferences and use of the reservation management link.

During the initial limited use, the service does not use marketing cookies. If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced later, they will be described separately and consent will be requested where required.

The service's technical providers may process data inside or outside the EU/EEA. If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law are used.

You may have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in portable form, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
